Dubai’s Road and Transportation Authority (RTA) on Saturday announced the completion of the construction works on the Dubai Parks and Resorts project, according to WAM.
The project was conducted in cooperation with Meras Holding at a cost of AED 250 million. The bridges will be opened along with the Dubai Parks project at the end of October.
Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, stated the project was linking the Dubai Parks project to the Sheikh Zayed Road, in the direction from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.
It also includes road extensions and necessary infrastructure like lighting, traffic signs and rainwater drainage.
Dubai Parks includes three theme parks: Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai, Legoland Dubai, as well as Legoland Water Park.
