Hometown Accelerates Zaha Park’s Construction Rate in NAC

Hometown Developments escalates the construction rate of its Zaha Park and Lafayette projects at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

This progress comes as a part of the company’s plan to adhere to its contracts with customers and maintain the construction rate agreed upon with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD).

Hometown Developments Chairman Diaa Farag declares that the company plans to speed up the construction rate of its projects, especially with the government transferring its employees to the government district at NAC. Additionally, Farrag points out that the company has completed a high rate of construction at Zaha Park Mall.

Zaha Park Mall is the company’s first project in the NAC, where concrete works have been completed, and the company has started developing electromechanical works for the project.

Zaha Park Mall is an administrative and a commercial project, spanning over 7,200 sqm, with a total built-up area of 21,000 sqm in MU23. It consists of ten floors. The project overlooks major axes that raise the occupancy rate of the project after its operation, Farrag elaborates.

As for the Lafayette, Farrag highlights that the company has recorded a high rate of execution, explaining that it is a commercial entertainment project on an area of 43,000 sqm.

The project was designed on sound operational foundations and standards to ensure it runs with the highest efficiency to ensure that it attracts international brands, he adds. He stresses on the importance of facilities granted by the ACUD to complete construction work on time.

Hometown Developments  has launched its contracting sister company, Defcon Contracting, which is responsible for the construction of the company’s projects to ensure quality and punctuality.
