Millennium Place JVT Dubai, a hotel based in Dubai and developed by The First Group, was given a Highly Commended Award in the Best New Hotel Design & Construction category at the Africa & Arabia Property Awards, reported Trade Arabia.

The 34-storey hotel will be opening in 2019 and will be managed by Millennium Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is also said to have been judged by 70 internationally recognized architectural and design experts.

The hotel consists of 599 rooms and will be located in Dubai near residential and commercial communities, according to Gulf Digital News.

The company added that the hotel also includes restaurants, a spa, business center, rooftop clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, steam rooms, and a sundeck.

The hotel was developed by the British-owned international hotel and property developer, The First Group, which has also developed Wyndham Hotels Group.

The awards ceremony aims to give credit to property excellence and promote high standards of construction and design.
