Hyde Park for Development is set to build new residential phases in its  Hyde Park project located in New Cairo, reported Al Mal News.

The new plan will include building new homes in the Park Corner area of the project at a cost f EGP 5 billion. This phase is expected to be delivered within three years.

Park Corner measures 533,000 square meters and includes 205 villas, townhouses, and twin houses, as well as 1,400 apartments and 300 duplexes, all located near 90 Street.

The company also finalized the development plan to include public facilities, more entertainment clubs, four club houses, more schools, and developing the green area within the project so that all units can overlook greenery, according to Arab Finance.

The announcement of the new Park Corner units and the development schedule indicates that the company is doing its best to provide quality services to clients, according to Amin Serag, Executive of Hyde Park Company for Development.

The new phases come in parallel to the launch of construction work in previous phases therefore the company has increased the number of contractors and construction companies to ensure delivery date in on schedule, Serag added.
