Forum Group, a Russian property developer, is geared to launch luxury villas on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, reported The National.

The company will build 22 luxury villas on the crescent of the artificial island, located near hotels such as Kempinski and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The villas will stretch on an area of 500,000 square feet and will be named XXII, according to Construction Week Online.

The UAE is expected to witness more of these developments and small villa communities that are easy to manage as the property market recovers, said Matthew Green, head of Research and Consultancy for CBRE Property Consultants.

Smaller communities on Palm Jumeirah will always be attractive to investors who wish to go on weekend or holiday retreats, Green added.
