Dubai’s leading developer, Nakheel will be constructing 133 houses at Nad Al Sheba, a residential community worth of AED 188 million, reported Trade Arabia.

Nad Al Sheba also includes 1,572 villas and a mall built on a total land area of 1.2 million square feet.

The company has assigned Square General Contracting Company to build the villas which adds further value to the villas worth of AED 2.6 billion, and a construction tender for Nad Al Sheba Mall is expected to be released in the end of 2016.

The community of Nad Al sheba consists of 1,572 four- and five –bedroom villas offered for rent, a clubhouse, community pool, sports courts, parks, walkways, and water features. The project is expected to be delivered in 2018, stated Arabian Business.

The project is one of Nakheel’s leasing and retail offerings to be added to the company’s retail portfolio that includes 17 million square feet of space through 15 operating malls and some are under construction.
