iHome Real Estate Developer aims to pump EGP 400 mn into New Cairo projects in 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

iHome Real Estate Developer Chairman of the Board of Directors Emad Marzouk says the company aims to launch 55 new projects during the current year, starting by an administrative commercial project in the northern 90th Street on an area of ​​3350 sqm with investments amounting to EGP 750 mn, and a project in the CBD area in NAC  with investments up to EGP 500 mn.

Besides, the company has delivered 450 units during the last period and aims to deliver nearly 250 units across 22 projects in Bait Alwatan and New Narges during the current year.

He also explains that the company owns a land portfolio worth more than EGP 500 mn, in several separate areas in New Cairo, most notably Beit Elwatan, New Narges, North Rehab, North House, Al louts, and Kornfol.
