Bahrain’s Ministry of Housing awards Mott Macdonals a prominent engineering, development, and management consultancy the Al Madina Al Shamaliya islands (Northern Town)  10,11, and 12, reported Trade Arabia.

The Consultancy firm is expected to oversee construction of the infrastructure works of the islands including site grading, highways, storm-water drainage, electrical, portable water, sewage and irrigation networks, telecommunication ducting and roadside landscaping.

Works will also be commenced on building two vehicular bridges connecting Islands 9 and 10 and another vehicular bridge and a pedestrian bridge that will connect island 11 and 12, stated Construction Week Online.
The company also stated that it will work on supervising other major projects in Bahrain including the Bahrain Affordable Housing public-private partnership project at AL Luwzi and Al Madina Al Shamaliya Islands 13 and 14 located east and island 14 that is located west.
