Al Sharq Investment, a Saudi-based company, stated that The Alef Residences is expected to be delivered in 2017, reported Trade Arabia.

The Alef residences is located on the west crescent of Plam Jumeirah in Dubai and is serviced by W-Dubai; as it is also expected to have a global reach starting from the Middle East .

The project consists of 104 houses with unique floor plans and is located across eight mansions that contain lobbies and private elevators and shared by only two apartments on each floor.

The Alef Residences is considered the first integrated luxury lifestyle development as announced at the cityscape event to further present the spacious apartment living.

The project has botanical gardens on the Palm Jumeirah and has access to 475 meters of private beach according to Al Sharq investment, stated Gulf Construction.

Alef Residences include two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom units with space of 4,800 to 15,000 square feet overlooking the ocean and skyline and gardens through the large balconies. Some homes have their own private pools

The Top floor will be dedicated for two single penthouses and three duplex penthouses to suit diverse cultures willing to reside in the area.

The prices of the duplex penthouses are AED 51 million and the mansion costs AED 268 million. Residents will also have access to the Club 104, dinning and social areas.
