Investment and Management Solutions (IMS) announces signing contracts with three real estate development companies in East Cairo cities, Invest-Gate reports.

Nourhan Ashraf, Marketing and Public Relations Manager at IMS, says that the company has contracted with Delta Real Estate Development, Queen Real Estate Development, and Winvestor Real Estate Investment and Development Company to provide marketing, financial and investment solutions for their projects in the NAC, New Cairo and the 10th of Ramadan.

She states, “the IMS role is to provide technical, investment, marketing and financial feasibility studies, in addition to conducting a construction cost study for projects and sales and payment systems, targeting a series of projects in New Cairo and the NAC during the coming period.”

Moreover, IMS works in the field of establishing real estate companies, as it has established 6 real estate companies and managed more than 15 diverse projects between residential, administrative and commercial.
