El Mostakbal for Urban Development signs a contract to develop a plot of lands that about 3814.51 sqm for The Arab Contractors, in the BOULEVARD area, Invest-Gate reports.

In order to establish an administrative headquarters for the Arab Contractors Company, that administrative building is located in the commercial corridor “BOULEVARD” and located on about 60 acres, which is a mixed-use activity (residential – commercial – administrative) with a length of one kilometer.

“This contract comes within the framework of promoting the BOULEVARD area in Mostakbal City, where we have started signing contracts and agreements with major companies, including The Arab Contractors company,” Essam Nassef, chairman and managing director of El Mostakbal Urban Development, says.

He adds that the “BOULEVARD” area in the 1st phase is one of the most important stages of the project, and the initial designs are recently completed, pointing out that El Mostakbal company is cooperating with the most famous companies and international brands.

On the other hand, Mohamed Mahmoud Mandour, Arab Contractors Chairperson, says that the best choice for us is to contract with El Mostakbal company, to construct an administrative building for our company in the “BOULEVARD” area, which will be the city’s icon due to its marketing and investment value.
