Abdul Muttalib Mamdouh, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Development and Cities Development has inspected the work progress in the Maspero Triangle area and Magra El-Oyoun Fence accompanied by Mohamed El Ghamrawy, head of the Maspero Triangle Development Authority, as well as other housing officials, Invest-Gate reports.

During the tour, the housing officials inspected the parking of the residential buildings and the commercial mall in Magra El-Oyoun Fence.

In Maspero Triangle, they inspect the alternative housing project, the investment tower and the administrative tower, where they view models of the alternative housing units finishing and the investment tower finishing model and the Maspero Towers project (hotel – residential and administrative), to follow up the work progress and overcome any obstacles.

They also meet with officials of the executing companies and demand to quickly raise the implementation rates so that these projects are completed on the scheduled dates with the highest efficiency and quality.

It is worth noting that the project to develop Magra El-Oyoun Fence area includes the implementation of 79 buildings of different heights, comprising 1,924 housing units, and 18 commercial units on the ground floor of some buildings.

Moreover, the implementation of an administrative and entertainment commercial mall, on an area of ​​51,000 sqm, includes restaurants, cinemas, and other activities, and a garage with a capacity of 1,355 cars, in addition to a main open theater in front of the mall.
