Resuming its series of roundtables over 2022, Invest-Gate is to hold a roundtable in collaboration with the Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA) on March 28 at 09:00 am in the Nile Ritz Carlton. Hosting prominent Egyptian and international experts in the real estate sector, the round table carries the title “Real Estate Export & Brokerage Market’s Future.”
The roundtable aims at presenting and exchanging visions and proposals on the future of the real estate brokerage market, also promote Egyptian real estate in foreign markets in a more professional manner. This falls in line with Invest-Gate’s beliefs, highlighting the importance of discussing the mechanisms of regulating the real estate brokerage sector, which contributes to placing Egypt on the global real estate export map. This, in turn, will positively affect the performance of Egypt’s economy over the coming years.
The discussion sessions will be moderated by Chairman of Construction Committee Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA) Fathallah Fawzy. The roundtable’s first session “Real Estate International Marketing & Exporting” will emphasize the ways of encouraging foreign investment through the real estate market, and the most prominent problems facing foreign buyers. It will also discuss the possibility of launching an Egyptian platform, allowing foreign investors to explore the Egyptian real estate investment map using AI and machine learning technologies, along with best practice and knowledge exchange from international real estate market experts.
The second session, titled “Consolidated Or Fragmented Brokerage Market in Egypt”, will focus on the pros and cons of applying consolidated brokerage in Egypt’s real estate market regarding the quality, organization, competition, diversity of services, client segment, prices, and commissions and how to benefit from this in real estate export, especially in new cities and 4th generation cities, in addition to the impact of applying a fixed commission (maximum 5% on unit price) on the brokerage market, also shedding light on the Impact of the new “franchising” trend on the real estate market.
