Global Pioneers announces its contract with NAMAA PFM to manage, operate, and maintain Pioneer Plaza Business Complex in NAC, Invest-Gate reports.
Chairman of Global Pioneers Samy Sayed says that the Pioneer Plaza is the first project to be delivered, operated, and connected to all services in the NAC, at a cost of EGP 1 bn.
Global Pioneer confirmed that the facades of the Pioneer Plaza are designed and implemented specifically to resist heat and fire, as well as being the first energy-saving building. All sustainability principles are applied in the construction with international designs by Pioneer Engineering Abu Dhabi. Besides, the mall falls under the supervision of a joint Egyptian, Emirates and Italian administration.
Moreover, the means of renewable energy (solar energy) are used in the entire building’s area and connected with the electrical network in the NAC, as well as the latest international specifications that are used in studies of vertical and horizontal movement. Furthermore, its elevators are supplied and installed from Finland. Also, all corridors in the building have been designed and executed from fire-resistant glass.
The building was also provided with an English Shield System for alarm and firefighting. Besides, garages run by automatic control systems are carried out, as all spaces inside the building and the parks are monitored using a modern surveillance system that allows data storage for more than 6 months and provides 24-hour protection for the whole building.
