Bloom Properties will begin construction work on 302 apartments at Soho Square development on Saadiyat Island this month, reported The National.
The contract will be awarded to Dutch Foundation Company and Concrete Rehabilitation.
Bloom Properties stated that the contractor will start site preparation, assessing routes, and installing facilities such as security fencing and ramps in September. Finishing is expected to take place at the beginning of next year.
The project will be located near New York University’s Saadiyat campus, with 10 storeys of residential units that range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, and penthouses, according to Construction Week Online.
