Al Rabwa Group announces the signing of contracts with major international and local consulting offices, to design and supervise the implementation of its latest project “Macana” in Mostakbal City in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
WATG – Architectural Designer, an international company, will be responsible for developing the project’s planning, while Shaker group Consultancy will be responsible for the electromechanical consultancy work. OKOPLAN will be the consultant for the project, while JLL will be responsible for management, supervision and implementation.
Macana project is located in the Golden Square area at the entrance to Mostakbal City, on a total area of 65 acres, which is the largest integrated service project in the city, including commercial, administrative, entertainment, hotel, and medical clinics complex, as well as the educational complex.
Gaafar Hussein, chairman of Al-Rabwa Developments, states, “the total investments of the Macana project amount to EGP 10 bn, noting that the project will include a 5-star hotel with 300 hotel rooms, and 500 hotel apartments and villas, managed by one of the largest international hotel chains, which will be announced soon.”
He points out that the project’s timetable is up to 5 years, with the delivery of phase I starting after 3 years, and the remaining phases of the project being completed successively.
