Memaar Al Ashraaf Company announces starting reservations of 6ix north Project in Beit Al Watan in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Massoud, CEO of Memaar Al Ashraaf, states that the project is located in North House area on Suez Road.

The company is set to deliver the units and the whole project within two years from now.

The project is only 300 m from the Suez Road, near the Tolip Hotel and the Family Garden, as well as only 5 minutes from Madinaty, 10 minutes from the Round Road, and 10 km from the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

6ix north Project overlooks a park of 8,000 m, featuring 48 residential units, and a building combining a basement and three repeated floors. The compound also includes a pool and a kids’ area.

Massoud adds that units vary between 133 m and 286 m. The company also offers a different installment system.

The CEO further notes that there is a real demand for real estate in Egypt, adding that the real estate market needs nearly one million housing units per year, as a result of the population increase.

He points out that this is the reason why all foreign investors have been keen in recent years to obtain an investment opportunity inside Egypt, which was witnessed by the NAC and the rest of the fourth-generation cities.

Additionally, the applications submitted to the Urban Communities Authority confirm that there are many foreign and Arab countries that have applied for land for investment in the Egyptian real estate market.
