The Board of New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) agreed to extend the period for the 20% reservation for Dar Misr, announced Mustafa Madbouly, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, reported Invest Gate.

The deadline has been extended to the end of September.

NUCA approved altering the contracts for the youth and future residents to a commercial contract instead of a subsidized contract to those clients violating the existing agreement.

The investigative committee issued orders against offenders of current regulation for their ineligibility to own units.
