A number of construction tenders have been proposed in several cities to develop housing services and amenities by the cities’ respective authorities, Invest Gate reported.

The Badr City Development Authority (BCDA) will offer five tenders to build commercial markets in the social housing district, in District No.5, said Mostafa Fahmy, Head of the Authority.

The Obour City Development Authority (OCDA) is tendering the construction of a sales outlet for factory products in the services center in the northern industrial area of the city, said Amin Ghoneim, Head of OCDA.

The Damietta City Development Authority (DCDA) proposed a public tender for the replacement and renovation of the wastewater treatment plant in the industrial zone of the city, said Alaa Manea, Head of DCDA.

A maintenance, security, and irrigation tender is being offered for the green landscape area in the social housing area in New Cairo, said Alaa Abdel Aziz, Head of New Cairo Development Authority.

In 15th of May City, a tender for implementing, maintaining, and guarding the lighting network is offered for the first and the fourth phase of the city, said Timam Gergis, Head of 15th of May Development Authority.

All the above tenders are offered for the public for companies registered with Egyptian Federation For Construction & Building Contractors (EFCBC).
