CMD and Qontrac Developments alliance announces the completion of all excavation work of YARU Residence project in the NAC with an investment of EGP 2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

“YARU Residence” project is located in “R8” area on ​​37 acres and expected sales of EGP 4 bn, besides 30 buildings, each consists of a ground floor and 7 floors. Also, it contains 80 villas divided into town villa, twin villa, quarter and stand alone.

“The excavation work of (YARU Residence) project is completed, internal roads are designed, the concrete plant and equipment are operated for the site and it is planned to complete the project’s fence and gate within 3 months, as well as the completion of a fully finished villa model,” Ahmed El Wardany, co-founder, vice-chairman and managing director of CMD, explains.

Further, the company achieves 40% sales and it plans to achieve 70% sales by the end of 2022, through a professional team that offers a distinct and unique real estate product, relying on the company’s good reputation, its previous business, and its wide base of clients.

El Wardany adds that the company has an expansion plan, not only in the NAC but also extends to the North Coast and other cities to form a large and diversified investment portfolio, in line with the state’s development plans.
