Wasl Group has launched a multi-purpose project called Port Views, which includes approximately 1,500 apartments and three hotels in Bur Dubai, reported The National.
The project is expected to be built on 1 million square feet and lies close to Port Rashid in Bur Dubai. It is also expected to include shops, restaurants, a health club, mosque, and a public park.
Units will be delivered over different phases, with the last phase scheduled to be finalized by 2020, Trade Arabia reported.
Four major contracting companies have been assigned to build certain elements in the project, according to Wasl group.
Hesham Al Qassim, CEO of Wasl Asset Management Group, stated that this project is built to meet the demand of tenants, retailers and tourists in a strategic part of the city.
