One Palm Residential Project in Dubai to be Completed in 2018

Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Omniyat revealed that its AED 2 billion residential project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeriah, dubbed One Palm, is expected to be completed in 2018,  Arabian Business reported.

The company also announced that the One Palm project, located in the left trunk of Plam Jumeriah, has reached level three as the first level slabs are now completed at 16 meters above ground level.

Slabs will reach level 15 by the end of 2016, which will make One Palm taller that its surrounding developments, according to Construction Week Online.

The residential complex is located on the first plot on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, and is expected to house 90 luxury apartments, with prices starting at AED 14 million, while penthouses will cost AED 200 million.

The project will include amenities such as the One Palm Clubhouse, which consists of a dining restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor cinema and BBQ arae, cigar lounge, yacht club and spa.

New York architects have designed the properties, and buyers will also be able to choose from interiors designed by Japanese firm Super Potato or London-based Elicyon.
