Arabesque Development launches the second phase of the Alcazar project in North House, New Cairo on more than 2,000 sqm, Invest-Gate reports.

In this regard, Alam Tayil, sales manager of Arabesque Development, comments, “After finishing the sales of Alcazar project phase I, the company launches phase II as each building consists of a ground floor and three repeated floors in addition to a roof.”

Additionally, the company signs cooperation protocols with many financing companies including Contact Financial and negotiates with Valeo Customer Finance, as these protocols enable all customers to buy the units with payment systems that suit them.

“The company has lands in the North Coast and Marsa Matruh, and plans to launch new projects during this summer,” Tayil concludes.
