CCR DEVELOPMENTS finishes 60% of structural skeleton for Front Gate project in NAC, which affirms the company’s commitment to implementation and delivery on scheduled time, Invest-Gate reports.

Remon Taghian, CEO of CCR DEVELOPMENTS, says, “Front Gate project is located on 4,055 sqm in a privileged location in MU23 district in the NAC. It is an administrative commercial, hotel clinics and consists of a ground floor and seven repeated floors.”

Further, the project is divided into the ground, first, and second floors for commercial activities, while the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors are allocated for administrative activities and clinics with separate entrances. The seventh floor is residential and hotel.

Taghian adds, “The company is working with its full capacity on the project site in order to implement the company plans that start delivering the project in September 2023 and complete delivery in early 2024.”

“The work velocity in finishing the infrastructure and government headquarters to transfer ministries to their headquarters in the NAC enhances the companies’ plan to speed the implementation. Additionally, the transition to the capital will encourage many clients to move to their residential units and thus operate commercial and administrative projects in the capital, which contributes to achieving the investment return from these units,” The company’s CEO assures.
