Areva Investment Group launches Glare Business Hub, and Glare Health and Wellness Medical Hub in New Cairo over an area of 33,000 sqm, Invest-Gate reports.

GLARE features three basements, a ground floor, and five floors with EGP 2.2 bn expected sales.

Amr Yassin, chairman of Areva, explains that GLARE is a mixed-use project in the most distinctive area of the 5th settlement with a direct view over the northern 90th axis.

Yassin also indicates that the company is keen on cooperating with major engineering consultancy companies, management and operation companies for malls, commercial centers, and real estate marketing companies, to be partners in the success of the project. Thus, it contracts with MEED Company to carry out all the architectural, construction, and landscaping designs for GLARE project.

For his part, Mahmoud Elnaggar, CCO of Areva, says that the company aims to achieve EGP 2.2 bn in sales for the project. Further, the company presents flexible payment methods starting from four years to seven years with a down payment starting from zero to 25%.

Elnaggar notes that Areva Group sets an expansion plan that aims to implement a series of administrative projects in New Cairo in 2023.
