Red Sea Governorate to Offer 100 Acres in Public Land Tender

The Red Sea governorate is preparing to offer 100 acres in a public land tender through the one-stop window for tourism activities in September, reported Al Borsa News.

The land offered will be divided into four plots in Hurghada and Al Qusair cities, as part of the strategic plan for the governorate, said Abdeen Abdullah, Head of the Housing Directorate in the Red Sea Governorate.

Pricing for the land tendered has been concluded in cooperation with Ministry of Investment.

Approximately EGP 180 million were allocated to infrastructure projects in the governorate, including electricity, sewage, and drinking water plants, said Abdullah.

The total value of projects  currently implemented in the governorate  by the construction companies amounts to EGP 650 million and includes housing projects, sanitation and drinking water projects, roads, and land reclamation across various cities.
