Shourouk City, Obour City, and Nubaria City are set to offer three tenders for investors in the upcoming days, reported Amwal Al Ghad.
The Shorouk City Development Authority will propose a tender for companies registered under the Egyptian Federation of Construction and Building Contractors (EFCBC), for the establishment of a new youth community center, according to Atef Zakaria, Head of the Authority, reported Al Mal News.
The Obour City Development Authority (OCDA) is offering a tender for the first phase of agriculture wastewater treatment network to firms registered in EFCBC, said Amin Ghoneim, Head of OCDA.
The maintenance and development work for the New Nubaria City Authority building and the development of the technology center will also be offered in a public tender for firms registered in EFCBC, according to Mahmoud El Gendy, Head of New Nubaria City Authority.
