Arab Developers Holding contracts Incomercial to lease Park Mall in New Cairo to distinctive brands, Invest-Gate reports.

Ayman bin Khalifa, CEO of Arab Developers Holding, says that this contract comes within the company’s strategy to raise the investment value of its projects, cooperate with strong companies in different specializations, and increase the company’s customer base.

Bin Khalifa notes that Incomercial is one of the companies specialized in the field of leasing commercial malls. Incomercial is able to contract and work on commercial spaces, renting over 100,000 sqm in three years.

In addition, Arab Developers Holding assigns Incomercial to attract brands to be present within the Park Mall. The project is located on the main axes in 5th Settlement, namely, the North and South Teseen Street and in front of the American University.

Park Mall is a commercial mall that comprises the largest branch of the Lulu Hypermarket chain in Egypt on an area of 8,200 sqm. Also, it features a 2,000-sqm sports gym, a cinema, an open area spans over 5,000 sqm, a landscape, restaurants, and playgrounds. The mall encompasses various services that provide a unique experience for visitors.

The mall has a rental area of 30,000 sqm and units of various spaces, starting from 50 sqm. Accordingly, Arab Developers is cooperating with Incomercial to rent the mall, ensuring diversification of brands and increase its investment value.

Bin khalifa explains that the Park Mall is located within Nyoum New Cairo project, a residential tower that includes luxury apartments and a huge commercial mall.

For his part, Mohamed Shehata, founder and CEO of Incomercial, clarifies that contracting with Arab Developers Holding is an added value to its business. As the project is integrated with the elements of attraction for brands such as name of developer, distinctive location, design, and internal division of units.
