Scope International, a subsidiary of the Saudi Al-Suwailem Holding Group, signs a management contract with Hill International for the Mokattam Corniche development, Invest-Gate reports.

Alaa Khader, managing director of Scope International, expresses his pleasure to cooperate with Hill International for the development of Mokattam Corniche.

Khader adds that the Mokattam Corniche development project is characterized by location, view, and strategy, in accordance with the advanced vision of the New Republic. The project spans over 2 mn sqm in a privileged location, with a unique view of the Pyramids of Giza, Salah El-Din Citadel, and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Further, Mokattam Corniche costs about EGP 32 bn, with expected revenue of EGP 61 bn.

On his part, Waleed Abdel Fattah, vice president and managing director of Hill International-Africa, says that the cooperation with Scope International comes within the company’s expansion plan in the Egyptian market.

Abdel Fattah adds that the Mokattam Corniche project represents harmony between the public and private sectors, which encourages long-term investment that develops the region in the coming period.

The Mokattam Corniche is a mixed-use project that features two main parts, the first is the Mokattam Corniche as an entertainment, commercial, and hotel area with an area of ​​1.3 mn sqm. The second part is a full-service residential complex that spans over ​​750,000 sqm in Al Hadaba Al Wosta. This part features educational, sports, and entertainment activities at international levels that meet the desire of its residents.

It is worth noting that Scope International signs a partnership contract with El Nasr Housing and Development Company subsidiary of the Holding Company for Construction and Development of the Ministry of Public Business Sector.
