New Living on Water (NLW), a Dutch developer, will launch new “organic- shaped” floating houses in Dubai during the upcoming Cityscape exhibition, reported Gulf Business.
Houses measuring up to 16,000 square feet, with 520 square feet of outdoor space, and are expected to cost AED 40 million. However, prices vary accordingly to size.
NLW has created these striking water homes based on an organic circular design and claims that they will be selling $50 million worth of these residential units in the first year of their launch at Cityscape, expecting profits to double over the coming years, according to The National.
The homes are expected also to include a garage that can accommodate six cars, a cinema, entertainment area, fitness room and a storage area, suite bedrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor space with a pool, dining room and a balcony area; all divided over three levels.
Kleindienst Group, a Dubai-based real estate developer, previously sold floating Seahorse villas at the heart of the Europe development. The project is made up of six islands built six kilometers from Dubai’s coastline developed by Nakheel developers.
