Ayla Oasis Development Company, a leading Jordanian real estate and tourism company, has announced that it delivered the first phase of the Ayla project in Aqaba to buyers, reprted Trade Arabia.

The project is made of island apartments that are located at the Marina district and includes commercial units and luxury hotels. The first phase consists of 150 apartments distributed in five buildings that were built on islands overlooking the Marina.

Amenities located in the island apartments include swimming pools, children’s playgrounds, parking spots, private beaches, and smart access control.

Eng Dudin, Managing Director of Ayla, has welcomed investors to purchase stakes in the project in light of its premium status due to its strategic location and view overlooking waterfronts.

The buildings consist of two-storey apartments that contain three levels, according to Construction Week Online.
