Al Naser Developments plans to expand in the Egyptian market and launch two new projects very soon, Invest-Gate reports.

This comes after marketing and selling more than 95% of its first project in the NAC.

Ahmed Esmail, head of the commercial sector of Al Naser Developments, says that the company aims to have total investments of more than EGP 1.5 bn in the NAC. This will be achieved through Golden Tower 1 project and the new project, Golden Tower 2, which will be launched soon. Golden Tower 2 is a commercial, administrative, and medical project in the mu23 area in the NAC.

Moreover, Al Naser Developments is planning plans to launch a new housing project and will announce its details very soon. The company is keen on launching a distinguished real estate product in accordance with the highest international standards. It also aims to offer a project that meets clients’ needs and achieves the highest investment returns.

Esmail concludes that the company is working hard to keep pace with the state’s moves to launch the 4G cities and major national projects, especially the NAC.
