Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD) achieves EGP 1.5 bn in reservations in July 2022 only, Invest-Gate reports.

The outstanding performance comes due to the launch of the Elect and Taj Valley projects, as well as the sales efficiency of Sarai’s Crones and Taval projects.

Moreover, the company achieved this record performance in July, despite the seasonal slowdown in the real estate market in East Cairo during Summer. This, in turn, confirms the company’s ability to perfectly use the superior value of its offers to drive sales up in its different projects.

Abdullah Sallam, managing director and CEO of MNHD, expresses his pride in the exceptional performance achieved by the company in July, which is clear evidence of its operational efficiency.

“Currently, the company focuses on achieving sustainable growth and maintaining customer satisfaction,” Sallam says.

It is noteworthy that the company’s success in launching phases I & II of Elect project contributed to increasing the total sales in July. Elect project was launched last July as a part of Taj City project in New Cairo. The project features villas of different modern designs, with a total area of ​​167,200 sqm and nine meters higher than the rest of the Taj City units.

Moreover, MNHD sold 50% of phase I’s units since the launch of the project and achieved sales of about EGP 400 mn within only two days of launch. Also, 50% of the total units of the two phases have been sold up to now.
