The project consists of a ground floor, 12 floors, and a four-floor underground garage, one of them is hydraulic. Alike, the project has many entrances to both the administrative and commercial parts to provide more privacy and sustainability.

The company contracts with engineering consultant Mohamed Talaat as a project consultant. CGD Development also contracts with MRB company to be a consultant for the operation and management of the project, follow up on all designs and service points, and review the activities in the commercial units to achieve integration between them.
