Edge Stone Egypt finishes 40% of the construction of Moraya project in the NAC, with an expected sales of EGP 3 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
Zain Lamey, chairman of Edge Stone Egypt, says that Moraya is the company’s first project in the NAC in the R8 area, plot No. L10. Moraya is a residential compound that spans over 25 acres and includes a commercial mall, 1,048 housing units, and villas starting from 150 to 314 sqm. All villas are delivered fully finished with air conditioning.
Additionally, Moraya has 20% built-up area, while 80% is allocated for landscaping and lagoons, as 90% of the units directly overlook the lagoon and landscape. The project comprises hotel services, a clubhouse, a kids’ area, transportation, and a gym.
Lamey adds that the company completed about 40% of Moraya’s construction. Edge Stone started the construction works on the project site with all legal papers, including the project license, the ministerial decision, and the licensing decision.
Further, the company contracts with ECP Consulting Office to supervise the implementation of the construction. The company also rolls out flexible payment systems starting with 10% down payment and installments up to eight years and delivery within three years from the date of the contract.
