UC Developments signs a number of construction, management, and operation contracts with the most prominent construction, contracting, architectural designs, management, and operation companies in order to implement its projects in the NAC within the scheduled timetable, Invest-Gate reports.

Sameh Awwad, CEO of UC Developments, says that the company contracts with Amac Constructing Company and Archrete Engineering Consultant for the construction of Uni Tower 1 and Uni Tower 2 projects in the Downtown area.

Moreover, UC Developments partners with Meadis Company “Wael Shawkat” and Namaa BFM Company to manage, operate, and maintain East Tower project in the Central Business District in the NAC.

Awwad indicates that Uni Tower 1 and Uni Tower 2 include commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel activities, with a total built-up area of 11,000 sqm for each project.

Furthermore, each project consists of 11 floors. The company decided to combine the two projects together as one entity with the same engineering design so the two projects can complete each other. Also, there is the biggest Open Plaza in the Downtown area in the center of the project, which exceeds about 2000 meters with a dancing fountain designed according to the latest international standards.

Additionally, East Tower project is located in the CBD Central Business District and was designed according to the highest international standards as one of the longest administrative, commercial, and hotel towers in the world in the Administrative Capital. It also enjoys a direct view of the iconic tower, in front of the Green River and in a privileged location on four facades on the main streets, with a height of more than 160 meters and a frontage on the main street of the Green River, with a width of 125 meters.

UC Developments will launch its fourth project in Q4 2022 and all the project’s details will be announced soon.

For his part, Amr Afifi, chairman of Amac Constructing, says that the cooperation with UC Developments is an addition to the company, especially since the company’s projects are very distinguished in terms of architectural designs. Alike, Amac Constructing is working in the Egyptian market for more than 25 years.

In a similar vein, Mohamed Samir, CEO of Archrete, indicates that cooperation with UC always requires a double effort to produce unique and new designs. Further, East Tower project will be a distinctive landmark due to its unique architectural design in Egypt and the Middle East.
