Arabia Development delivers 1,500 units of Sun Capital project in West Cairo, since finishing phase I of the project until the end of June 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

The company cooperates with the New Urban Communities Authority to implement Sun Capital project, which spans over 560 acres and features 14,000 housing units.

Additionally, Arabia partners with InterContinental hotels to build a group of luxury hotels within Sun Capital project, under the Holiday Inn – Staybridge brand. The company also cooperates with Accor hotel group to manage the Fairmont Branded Residences – Fairmont Hotel within the project, in addition to Roland Garros International to build a sports academy at Sun Capital Club.
Sun Capital project sees great reservations in the various units, whether residential or commercial.

Further, the project is one of the largest projects in West Cairo in terms of sales due to its unique location in the heart of October and directly overlooking the pyramids.

Moreover, Arabia Development aims to pump huge investments in its projects during the coming period in a step to support the real estate sector and increase the national product. The company is keen on meeting the demand for housing units, develop its projects portfolio, and study new investment opportunities.

It is noteworthy that the company owns 22 projects in Egypt and the UAE with a total land portfolio of 4 million sqm, distributed between East and West Cairo, the North Coast, and Dubai.
Arabia also has many residential projects, including Galleria Residence project on an area of 72 acres with 2,015 housing units, Moon Valley 1 on an area of 50 acres with 168 units, Moon Valley 2 on an area of 20 acres with 124 units, and Bungalows project on an area of 42 acres with 533 housing units.

Alike, the company owns many commercial and administrative projects in New Cairo, including Building 48 project over 26,400 sqm, Building 217 over 8,500 sqm, and the commercial project Galleria Mall over 22,500 sqm with about 140 units.
