Empire State Developments signs a strategic partnership agreement with El Captain Developments to develop Cyan tourism project in Ras Sudr, Invest-Gate reports.
Moustafa Mohsen, chairman of Empire State Developments, says that Cyan is the first tourist project launched by the company within its projects’ portfolio. Cyan spans over 14 acres in one of the city’s prestigious locations, where it is only 100 minutes away from Cairo.
Moreover, the project is designed with great precision, applying the highest standards of quality, excellence, and luxury to achieve the best summer experience for clients.
Mohsen notes that it is planned to work hard on the project and accelerate implementation rates. Also, the construction works have already begun and it is planned to be fully delivered within three years.
“Cyan will be the nucleus of further cooperation with El Captain Developments and implement new projects within the partnership between both parties,” Mohsen adds.
Additionally, the company concentrates on achieving excellence and service integration within the project and implementing a distinctive architectural imprint in Ras Sudr. Cyan features various units between studios, chalets, and villas. The project also includes a variety of entertainment services and a hotel that will be operated in the coming months.
For his part, Khaled Al Fizy, chairman of El Captain Developments, says that cooperation with Empire State Developments integrates with the company’s objectives to develop a distinctive project in Ras Sudr. This cooperation also contributes to benefiting from the accumulated experiences of both companies to implement a distinguished project with a distinctive quality worth the name of both companies.
