Agec Developments launches KENTRO ONE project in New Cairo and the second phase of IVY Residence project in El Shorouk City, Invest-Gate reports.
Ayman Louis Rafla, chairman of Agec Developments, says that IVY Residence project is located in a privileged location in El Shorouk City, directly on Suez Road, and opposite Madinaty Gate. The project includes 320 apartments and 70 villas of various sizes. Further, the construction works for the first phase were completed 24 months ahead of scheduled date of delivery to clients.
Additionally, the company concentrates on adhering to the delivery dates for clients with implementation according to the highest quality standards, in parallel with the launching of new phases for clients. The company finished some of the villas in the project’s first phase and the facilities are being delivered to them, to be delivered next January.
Rafla explains that a group of villas and townhouses will be offered for sale in the project’s mortgage system, next January, in cooperation with Suez Canal Bank and QNB. He also stresses the importance of this system in reducing the gap between unit prices and the clients’ purchasing power.
Moreover, Rafla announces the launching of KENTRO ONE project in the 5th Settlement in New Cairo, with a total area of 17,600 sqm. KENTRO ONE is a commercial and administrative project with EGP 600 mn investments. Further, the project includes units of various sizes, while the total area of commercial surfaces is 8,600 sqm, the total area of administrative ones is 1,600 sqm, and the garages area is 7,400 sqm.
The implementation of KENTRO ONE is expected to start next December and be delivered in three years. The project will be implemented with self-financing, in conjunction with the company’s strong financial position and the strong financing plan for its projects.
On the other hand, Rafla reveals the opening of a new center for REGUS brand within the PARAMOUNT BUSINESS COMPLEX building owned by the company in Sheraton Heliopolis, in partnership with IWG global. The project includes 167 workspaces, meeting rooms, and outdoor areas. It is also equipped with the latest international technologies in the field of administrative offices, with the highest level of quality and luxury in architectural finishes.
For his part, Youssef Naguib, IWG regional director and sales manager in Egypt, says that cooperation with Agec Developments in one of its distinguished projects adds to the precedent of IWG’s work and expertise. Additionally, the project is promising and distinctive in all its details starting from the site, interior design, and internal activities of the project. The project will be officially launched in early October.
