Egyptian real estate developer Ajna Developments launches new units in the Carnelia Sokhna project in Ain Sokhna, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is built on 100 acres over four phases with total investments of more than EGP 4 bn, Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Ajna Developments, Amr Eid, reveals.

Eid states that the Carnelia Sokhna resort has a coastline of 700 meters and features 9,000 sqm and a swimming lagoon of 12,000 sqm.

Moreover, Ajna’s Chief Commercial Officer, Moataz Shalaby, notes that the project comprises 1,500 fully-finished housing units with kitchens, including villas, twin houses, townhouses, and chalets with areas ranging from 90 to 350 sqm.

The project is slated for delivery in 2024, Shalaby says, adding that the company is offering flexible payment methods with down payments starting from 8% and plans of up to 12 years.
