Nakheel Developments starts preparations for the implementation of reinforced concrete works at the Trio V Tower project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

Wassim Ouda, Head of the Commercial Sector at Nakheel Developments, reveals that the implementation of reinforced concrete works will start upon obtaining the required licenses and approvals.

Ouda adds that Trio V Tower is situated on around 7,000 sqm with a built-up area of 2,100 sqm.

He states that the company is executing two projects in NAC; Trio V Tower and Double and Two Tower, adding that implantation is carried out in tandem with marketing for the two projects.

Ouda remarks that Nakheel Developments’ main focus is raising project implantation rates and adhering to a strict timetable to fulfill obligations with NAC.
