The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) approved the allocation of 4 plots for the establishment of schools on the Japanese Model, announced Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Housing, reported Invest Gate.
The land allocation will be in Sharkeya and Qalubiya governorates, and is part of the Japanese education grant to support education in Egypt.
In Sharkeya governorate, three plots of land will be allocated. One piece will be in the southern area to be used for future services in New Salheya City and another piece will be the Fifth district. The third and final piece in Sharkeya will be in the ninth District in 10th of Ramadan City.
In Qalubeya, one piece of land will be in the Seventh District in Obour City.
“The NUCA board also approved the allocation of plots of land in several cities for the General Authority for Construction & Housing Cooperatives to establish integrated housing communities, namely cities of Sadat, New Beni Suef, and New Qena, ” said Madbouly.
