Maalem Group, an Egypt-based construction company, will deliver numerous residential projects in New Cairo early 2017, said Islam Amer, Maalem Group’s Marketing Manager, reported Amwal Al Ghad.

Three residential towers in New Cairo will be delivered in 2017 and another nine towers are in the works, Amer noted.

The estimated number of units in the new buildings amount to 128,000 units, with the price per meter starting at EGP 4,200.

Maalem Group plans to expand its New Cairo portfolio of residences by establishing a residential compound in the upcoming period, added Amer.

According to their website, the company was founded in 2007 and has since then delivered numerous projects in Cairo, New Cairo and 6th of October City where they have developed both private villas and residential blocks.
