Step One, an Egypt-based real estate developer, is set to deliver the first phase of La Mora Beach North Coast by 2019, announced Belal Ayman, Step One’s sales manager, Amwal Al Ghad reported.

La Mora Beach will cover an area of 38 acres and will be developed over two phases, according to La Mora Beach’s website. It lies on the 180th kilometer on the Alexandria-Matrouh Road in Sidi Abdel Rahman.

The first phase includes 300 high-end touristic sea view units. The project will also include a shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, a movie theater, a health clinic, swimming pools, and a hotel.

Step One is an affiliate of Hossam Farid Group which has several touristic projects under its portfolio, such as Blue Lagoon, Venessia, Virginia, and Grand Beach  in Ras Sedr.
