M2 Developments, an Egypt-based real estate developer, is set to start developing the first phase of M2 Gardens, in the third quarter of 2016, announced its CEO, Mostafa Aboul Fotouh, reported Amwal Al Ghad.
M2 Gardens is located in New Cairo over an area of 35.5 acres, where 75% of the area is dedicated to greenery and service roads, and the remaining acreage is dedicated to villas, according to M2 Gardens website.
The total investment of the first phase of the project amounts to EGP 90 million, with the expected delivery date during the final quarter of 2016.
The M2 Gardens project will be implemented over three phases and the completion date is set for 2021.
More than 950 villas will be offered as part of the project, featuring European contemporary style Trio Villas with model design and space ranging between 146 and 365 square meters.
M2 Developments, formerly known as Misr Mahrousa, was established in 1998, and is set to deliver Ashgar Darna, a residential project in 2017.
