Dolmen Developments Company announces increasing the volume of construction in the Pier Mall project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The company reveals the completion of the project’s concrete structure, adding that finishing works are underway.

Abdelazim Khalil, Chairman of Dolmen Developments, notes that his company injected EGP 30 mn investment into the project.

Khalil adds that the project is located on 3,000 sqm and includes a low ground floor, first and second commercial floors, and an administrative last floor with a total built-up area of 6,500 sqm.

He states that the company marketed 65% of the Pier Mall and the remainder will be marketed based on a schedule.

Furthermore, Khalil remarks that his company did not raise prices owing to the large scale of construction, which reduces costs and mitigates the impact of global inflation.

Khalil maintains that the company’s third residential compound in NAC comprises 25,000 units and will be occupied by state employees.
