Royal One Developments announces the start of interior finishing and electricity works in its main project “Capital Prime Business Park” in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

Saher Magdy, Head of the Commercial Sector at Royal One Development, says that there are many factors that accelerate the execution rate of the project, including the company’s commitment towards its customers and its adherence to the schedule set in coordination with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD).

Madgy adds that those factors also include the increase in the volume of development in NAC and the transfer of the members of the government to their new head offices there.

He reveals that Capital Prime Business Park is a commercial, administrative, hospitality, and medical project.

The project includes 61 administrative units, 45 commercial units, and 21 medical units, Magdy says.
