Misr Alhurra Developments Company launches the second phase of its PMC-DISCOVERY MALL in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

Hamada Salah, Misr Alhurra Managing Director, reveals that the project serves commercial, administrative, and medical purposes.

It is located in the MU23 district with an area of 4,415 sqm and a building area of 37,000 sqm, Salah adds.

He notes that the project comprises 3 basements, a ground floor, and 8 other floors.

The ground and first two floors are dedicated to international brands, Salah remarks, adding that the third to six floors are allocated to clinics and medical centers.

The top executive comments that the seventh and eighth floors are dedicated to administrative offices.

The mall features electric elevators, escalators, and a dancing fountain in the middle of the restaurant area, with the largest advertising screen on the mall facade to serve the owners, Salah states.
