El Riyad Castle Development launches the Valore El Thawra project in a huge celebration starring famous singer Mohamed Hamaki and international presenter Raya Abirached, Invest-Gate reports.

Tarek Eid, a board member at El Riyad Castle Group, reveals that Valore El Thawra is a residential, hotel, administrative, and commercial project located on Main Thawra street near City Center Almaza.

The project is situated on 28,800 sqm and includes commercial and entertainment activities, Eid added, noting that the construction started in October and the delivery will start within three years.

Eid unveils that the offered phase comprises 421 units including 90 shops, 146 administrative offices, and 185 hotel units.

He says that the company provides customers with various payment plans for up to 7 years at zero interest rates.

Around 30% of the project’s construction was completed before offering, Eid comments, adding that Valore El Thawra comprises 622 units including 225 hotel units, 189 administrative offices, and 178 shops.

He states that an agreement is signed with Namaa PFM to manage the project, while another agreement is signed with Concord Hospitality Group for hotel services and management of residential areas at the project.
