Al Ahly for Real Estate Development intends to hand 1,286 residential units, as part of the Amwaj project, in 2017, announced Chairman, Hussein Sabbour, reported Amwal Al Ghad.

Investment for Amwaj project is estimated at EGP 2 billion ($225.2 million).

Al Alhy plans further expansions in its Amwaj project over the next two years which includes building hotels, added Sabbour.

Amwaj is located on the 136 km point on the Alexandria road, in the midst of Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay.
